The College of Registered PSYCHOTHERAPISTS of Ontario (CRPO) is the governing body for the registered psychotherapists in Ontario. The CRPO was established by the Psychotherapy Act in 2007, which came into force on April 1, 2015. The college is represented by its council.

The Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC) will oversee the registration practices of the college to ensure that they are transparent, objective, impartial and fair for anyone who wants to practise as a psychotherapist in this province. The OFC will work closely with the Registrar.
